3CX CRM Integration Configuration
Configure your 3CX Windows app or Web Client with your hosted domain.

Select "Open Contact in Custom CRM"
In 3CX Settings > Integration > CRM Integration, select the third radio button.

Copy your Production URL
Paste this exact URL into the Open contact URL* field in 3CX:

Set Notification Event
Set Notify when to Ringing (opens browser when the phone rings) or Connected (opens browser when answered).
